1. About the Java RMBT Client

The Java RMBT Client can be used to test both the speed and Quality of Service (QoS). It comes as a one-click solution. Prerequisite is an installed Java Runtime 21. We recommend installing and using the program OpenWebStart which ensures that the application is automatically launched with the appropriate version of the Java.
